We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse operations within a fast-paced food distribution and cold chain environment.
This role oversees frozen, refrigerated, and dry warehouse operations, with responsibility for warehouse productivity, shipping and receiving, team leadership, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader who knows how to develop people, improve processes, and keep a high-volume distribution operation running safely and efficiently.
This is an opportunity for an experienced warehouse and operations leader to take ownership of a complex food distribution operation, develop a strong team, improve performance, and have a direct impact on the business.
