Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with proven experience working for a UK- or Australia-based education, study abroad, or student visa company/organization . The candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, teams, processes, student cases, and overall service quality. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations. Supervise counselling, admissions, visa, and support teams. Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and quality-control processes . Monitor team performance, KPIs, productivity, and turnaround times. Oversee student cases and ensure timely processing and follow-ups. Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions. Ensure accurate documentation, record keeping, and CRM management. Coordinate with international offices, institutions, partners, and internal departments. Handle escalated student and operational issues. Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and staff training. Prepare regular operational reports for senior management. Ensure high standards of compliance, professionalism, and customer service. Requirements Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred. 4–5 years of relevant experience in education consultancy, study visa, admissions, or international education operations. Previous experience working for a UK-based or Australia-based education/study visa organization is highly preferred. Proven experience managing teams and operational processes. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong command of English. Experience with CRM and reporting systems. Preferred Candidate Candidates with direct operational experience in an established UK or Australia-based education/study visa organization will be given preference.
