MacLean-Fogg is hiring an Operations Manager for our Whitewater, WI manufacturing facility. In this role, you will lead day-to-day operations, develop and improve manufacturing processes, and drive safe, efficient production while supporting quality, cost, and delivery goals.

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations with a focus on production efficiency, quality, safety, cost savings, and overall facility performance.
Develop and manage manufacturing plans and production schedules that balance customer demand with capacity, adjusting as needed for changes in demand, resource availability, or equipment performance.
Identify and implement best practices and process improvements that optimize cost, reduce lead time, improve productivity, and support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing activities with production goals and business objectives.
Establish, monitor, and enforce quality standards to ensure products meet organizational and industry requirements.
Maintain and administer safety protocols, reinforce compliance with safety regulations, and support a safe working environment.
Track and report vendor performance, helping ensure external suppliers meet applicable quality and delivery requirements.
Manage staffing levels, lead and develop team members, maintain required operational documentation, and promote 5S, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree.
At least 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or operations.
Demonstrated experience managing production teams and driving process improvements.
Experience with manufacturing systems, lean production methodologies, and operational efficiency initiatives.
