The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-driven, guest-focused Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa. You'll be the connection between inventory, retail merchandising, and the guest floor — ensuring the spa is always fully stocked, beautifully presented, and running smoothly.
What You'll Do
● Manage monthly inventory counts and place accurate retail, back bar, and supply orders
● Reconcile invoices, receiving reports, and daily deposits
● Merchandise retail products to drive guest sales
● Lead daily huddles and coach the team on performance and guidelines
● Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the entire spa facility
What We're Looking For
● 2-5 years of retail sales or inventory management experience
● Intermediate Excel skills
● Strong organizational and communication skills
● Comfort in a fast-paced, multi-tasking customer service environment
● Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
What Success Looks Like
● Zero out-of-stock on top retail and back bar items
● 100% invoice matching accuracy
● Shrinkage held at 2% or below
