Process Description:-
Directly and through staff, manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional areas, region.
Ensure quality service and effective operations support for all assigned internal and external customers.
Leads high performance teams of both entry level and skilled professionals by setting goals, providing ongoing feedback, measuring progress while recognizing success and building accountability with employees.
Oversee adherence to corporate policies and procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations within area of responsibility.
Participates in the review and improvement of operational systems and procedures relevant to assigned units.

This position leads and manages the Insurance Servicing team, providing direction, oversight, and accountability for daily operations.
The team reviews insurance policies for commercial loans ensuring compliance, identifying incorrect documentation, working with agents and bankers to clear insurance exceptions, and update systems of record for reporting and tracking purposes.
The manager is responsible for building a high-performing team through goal setting, coaching, performance management, recognition, and talent development.
The role oversees operational processes supporting the commercial loan portfolio, ensures adherence to controls and procedures, drives workflow optimization, monitors performance, resolves escalations, and supports process improvements.
Collaboration includes partnership with U.S.-based managers.
Key priorities include leadership, communication, data analysis, metrics management, and SLA adherence.
Training includes approximately three months of extended onboarding, with process and team training continuing for up to one year.
Role Responsibilities:-
Lead daily operations; maintain procedures, service standards, and quality controls; support audits and reporting; review dashboards and performance metrics; identify risks and opportunities; drive workflow improvements and automation initiatives; coach and develop employees; and contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, and capacity planning.
Skills:-
Understanding of operational processes, products, systems, risks, controls, banking regulations, and financial services operations.
Microsoft Office Suite, AFS, LQAS, ITAC computer navigation proficiency, leadership and team management, process improvement, risk and compliance management, and stakeholder communication.
Basic Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree
3-5 + Years in Insurance ,3 Years in leadership and 8 years overall experience.
