Key Responsibilities
Production & Capacity Management: Drive shredding capacity and improve output through optimization.
Lean & Continuous Improvement (CI): Implement Lean and CI tools on the factory floor to improve operations efficiency among frontline staffs.
Workforce Development: Design and execute "Skill-Up" programs to drive team into a high-performance team.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations meet Iron Mountain’s global standards for secured information destruction and maintaining a "Safety First" culture.
Supply Chain & Logistics: Optimize the "Net Cube" lifecycle by aligning RIM storage capacity, cube destruction and facility utilization.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Assist the Operations Director in developing methods to control and improve facility processes while providing technical guidance to diverse teams to resolve operational issues.
