Performs supply chain and logistics functions such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution | Creates integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside suppliers | Responsibilities are within the Supply Chain and Logistics Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines

Key Responsibilities

  • Production & Capacity Management: Drive shredding capacity and improve output through optimization.

  • Lean & Continuous Improvement (CI): Implement Lean and CI tools on the factory floor to improve operations efficiency among frontline staffs.

  • Workforce Development: Design and execute "Skill-Up" programs to drive team into a high-performance team.

  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations meet Iron Mountain’s global standards for secured information destruction and maintaining a "Safety First" culture.

  • Supply Chain & Logistics: Optimize the "Net Cube" lifecycle by aligning RIM storage capacity, cube destruction and facility utilization.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Assist the Operations Director in developing methods to control and improve facility processes while providing technical guidance to diverse teams to resolve operational issues.
