Operations ManagerThe Operations Manager I is responsible for coaching and supervising a group of Team Leaders. This position is also responsible for ensuring Client Service Level Agreement and financial expectations are achieved.

What you will do in this role

As an Operations Manager, you will:

  • Play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our operations to deliver exceptional service to our clients and customers

  • Analyze and maintain and deliver on all Client Service Level Agreements

  • Maximize revenue generation to reach long and short-term financial projects (i.e. data collection for billable/non-billable hours, forecasting, budgeting, etc.)

  • Coach, develop, and manage performance of direct reports and their associates; including planning and assigning work for staff

  • Implement best practices and over-deliver for clients, drive consistent performance, evaluate staffing needs, with input from BD and Client and adjust meet changing requirements

  • Participate in cross functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions and collaborate to define action plans that resolve issues and drive continuous improvement

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Operations Manager role.

  • Matric (essential)

  • Proven sales experience within a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment.

  • Previous call center experience is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members, creating action plans that drive performance and deliver constructive feedback.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and improve work processes, identify opportunities for efficiency, and implement effective solutions.

  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and ensure tasks are completed while maintaining a professional demeanor.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven leadership skills with experience motivating, coaching, and providing direction to a team of employees.

  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work varied schedules based on business needs.
