Caring Transitions of New Braunfels & Seguin is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on Operations Manager to help lead our estate sale, relocation, downsizing, packing, auction prep, and cleanout projects.
This is not a desk-only job. We need someone who can manage people, organize job sites, solve problems, communicate clearly, and jump in when needed. The right person will be a strong leader who can keep a team moving, maintain quality standards, and help us serve families during major life transitions.
The Operations Manager will help oversee daily field operations, including employee scheduling, job site leadership, auction preparation, packing and move coordination, client communication, pickup days, and project completion. This person will work closely with the owner to make sure jobs are completed on time, teams are productive, and clients receive excellent service.

Schedule may vary based on active projects, auction timelines, pickups, packing jobs, and client needs. Some flexibility is required. This position may include weekdays and occasional weekends depending on business needs.
Pay will be based on experience and leadership ability. We are looking for the right long-term person who can grow with the company.
