The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a newly created role supporting a growing operations function in Dubai, working closely with underwriting, finance and credit control teams across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations, leading a small team while building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. With exposure to a broad mix of insurance and reinsurance business lines, you’ll bring structure, oversight and continuous improvement to core processes, helping to ensure high-quality service delivery and strong financial control. This role offers the chance to shape how the function evolves, making a tangible impact as the business continues to grow.
