We are partnering with a fast-growing business in the fitness and gym scaling space, looking for an Operations Manager to work directly with the founder and drive day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities

• 
  Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution across the business
• 
  Translate strategy into actionable plans and follow through on delivery
• 
  Identify gaps, improve workflows, and implement scalable processes
• 
  Support client operations, internal coordination, and outreach activities
• 
  Leverage automation and AI tools to improve efficiency and output
• 
  Work closely with the founder as a key operator in the business

Requirements

• 
  Proven experience in operations or business management roles
• 
  Strong problem-solving ability with a figure it out mindset
• 
  Independent, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
• 
  High level of integrity and professionalism

Good to Have

  Experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments
• 
  Exposure to marketing automation, outreach, or process optimisation

  Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation
