Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager to join our client's team.
The Operations Manager will support the Managing Director in overseeing the smooth and efficient running of company operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in monitoring operational performance, preparing reports, implementing company policies, and coordinating activities across multiple departments and branches. This position requires a highly organised and analytical professional with strong communication and leadership skills, capable of managing operational processes while ensuring compliance with company procedures and standards.
The role involves working closely with branch managers, HR, finance, administration, and marketing teams to improve operational efficiency, monitor consultant activity, and support business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Monitor operational activity across branches including revenue, listings, buyer registrations, and sole agency levels
Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports, performance rankings, and data analysis for management review
Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and operational standards
Support recruitment processes, onboarding activities, and coordination with HR and management
Coordinate branch maintenance, training sessions, networking events, and corporate events
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in operations management, administration, or business support roles
Strong analytical, reporting, and organisational skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work closely with cross-functional teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools
