The Role:

We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Operations Manager to lead and optimise operations across our ANZ business.

In this role, you will oversee key functions including supply chain, business analytics, IT and facilities, while driving continuous improvement across processes, systems, and service delivery. You will play a critical role in supporting the Business Support Director to deliver against our commercial and growth agenda.

As a trusted partner across the business, you will lead change initiatives, strengthen operational governance, and ensure the effective coordination of end-to-end processes across teams and distribution partners.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiative using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Analyse current processes to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and design improved process frameworks.
  • Lead cross-functional change initiatives, acting as the key liaison between operations and broader business teams.
  • Define, monitor, and improve key SLAs and KPIs, conducting root cause analysis on performance issues.
  • Oversee capacity planning and assess business model impacts for seasonal demand and change initiatives.
  • Ensure strong supply chain performance, including oversight of warehousing and distribution operations.
  • Manage property and facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

To be successful:

  • Degree-qualified with proven experience managing operations in a complex, high-touch environment.
  • Demonstrated success in driving process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into business outcomes.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering business change.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. JDEdwards) and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex processes.
  • Hands-on, collaborative, and adaptable, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset aligned to Coloplast’s Values.
