Zenrox Healthcare UK is an AI-powered marketplace connecting healthcare facilities with medical equipment suppliers. Our operations team ensures seamless transactions, strong supplier performance, and exceptional customer experience across our platform.
As our Operations Manager, you will build, streamline, and optimize the operational backbone of our marketplace. Youll design processes for supplier onboarding, order management, issue resolution, and quality assurance ensuring flawless execution as Zenrox scales across the UK healthcare sector.
Design and implement end-to-end marketplace operational workflows
Manage supplier onboarding from verification to activation
Oversee full order lifecycle: quote aggregation, supplier coordination, order tracking, and payment processes
Establish SLAs and performance metrics for suppliers and internal teams
Build issue resolution workflows and act as the escalation point for operational challenges
Monitor marketplace health metrics (response times, fulfillment rates, satisfaction scores)
Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high platform standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Compliance, and Engineering
Develop operational playbooks, SOPs, and training materials
Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Manage operational systems and tools (CRM, order management, communication platforms)
4+ years experience in operations management, ideally in marketplace, e-commerce, or B2B platforms
Strong process design, workflow mapping, and optimization expertise
Data-driven decision-making mindset
Excellent project management and multistakeholder coordination skills
Calm, structured approach to urgent operational issues
Strong communication skills across suppliers, customers, and internal teams
Experience building new processes from the ground up
Stakeholder management experience across multiple organizations
Marketplace operations (Amazon, eBay, B2B marketplaces)
Healthcare supply chain, procurement, or medical device distribution
SaaS operations or vendor management
Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
Experience scaling operations in an early-stage startup
Familiarity with workflow automation tools
Foundational operations role with significant equity
Shape operational strategy and processes from the ground up
Work with AI technology that automates complex procurement tasks
