We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), driving operational improvements, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, a data-driven mindset, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team to ensure high levels of performance and engagement, including managing people remotely.
  • Set clear expectations and monitor individual and team KPIs.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyze operational data and generate reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Ensure daily operations are executed effectively and aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address operational challenges and support business initiatives.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to leadership.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create dashboards, reports, and data analyses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong people management and coaching skills.
  • Solid understanding of KPI tracking and performance management.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience managing teams in operations, customer service, shared services,
  • logistics, or similar functions.
  • Experience managing nurses or any medical positions (preferred but not
  • required).
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and performance dashboards.
