Operations Managerin Newburgh plays a vital role in leading our care coordination efforts. This position involves overseeing programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs, ensuring seamless service delivery aligned with our mission of compassionate, community-focused healthcare.
Responsibilities

• Lead and manage care coordination programs to ensure effective service delivery.
• Supervise and support care team staff, fostering a collaborative and compassionate work environment.
• Develop and implement program strategies that meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
• Oversee administrative functions including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes.
• Monitor program performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Qualifications
• Proven management and supervisory experience within healthcare or social services.
• Strong background in program development and implementation.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health conditions.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated administrative expertise including budgeting.
• Knowledge of social work principles and practices.
• Ability to lead a diverse team with compassion and professionalism.
• Relevant experience in community-based health services is highly preferred.
