Our award-winning client is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team! The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall performance and growth of our service center. This role involves leading a team of 40 employees to achieve operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial targets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity through lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and achieve financial targets by maximizing resource utilization and improving operational efficiency.
Build strong customer relationships and exceed customer expectations by delivering high-quality products and services on time.
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team by providing clear direction, coaching, and mentoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans to support business growth and expansion.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced industrial service or manufacturing environment.
Strong technical background in electrical and/or mechanical products.
Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving financial goals.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and production scheduling.
