Job Description
Oversee steel fabrication processes including computer numerical controlling (CNC) machining, laser cutting, bending, welding, and assembly.
Supervise steel fabricators, welders, pipers and electricians to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
Ensure production schedules align with project timelines and client expectations.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage HVACR and steel installation teams to ensure timely,safe, and quality project delivery.
Coordinate logistics, site readiness, and resource allocation
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
Minimum 10 years in HVACR, steel fabrication, or electrical installation industries
Proficiency in CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, and ERP systems, strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Skilled in budgeting, financial analysis, and dat-driven decision- making,class 1 or class 6 driver's license and can drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicle

AIRFARE TICKET- upon end of employment, the employer will provide free repatriation airline ticket for the employee, one way from site of employment to place of recruitment.
In the case of couple and family contracts, a free one-way repatriation airline ticket will also be provided from site of employment to place of recruitment, for employee's accompanying dependent who are residing permanently in PNG.
