Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise organizational operations, supporting both the Director of Nursing and Office Managers.
• Manage billing, payroll, and oversee the vehicle fleet.
• Oversee human resource functions, ensuring compliance with core values and regulatory requirements.
• Manage asset operations, including equipment and software access.
• Maintain ownership of contracts, credentials, and licenses.
• Lead the survey process and support staff development through orientation, ongoing education, and evaluations.
• Direct and monitor performance improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of strategic goals and budgets.
• Stay informed on industry trends and share valuable insights with the team.
• Ensure sound fiscal management and maintain the agency's credit standing.
