Zorgt dat we veilig werken (VCA) en stemt hierover af met de preventieadviseur.
Bouwt goeie relaties op met klanten en leveranciers.
We zoeken iemand die energie krijgt van samenwerken en vooruitgaan.

Het overzicht bewaart, knopen durft doorhakken en prioriteiten duidelijk stelt.
Dicht bij de mensen staat, luistert én duidelijk communiceert.
Naast technisch inzicht ook gezond boerenverstand meebrengt.

Jouw achtergrond
Een technische opleiding (master of bachelor) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in een technische of operationele omgeving.
Je hebt al teams begeleid of aangestuurd.
Kennis van elektriciteit en/of automatisatie is een sterke troef.
Je bent mensgericht én analytisch: een mooi evenwicht.
Echte impact: jij duwt mee aan de kar en bepaalt mee de richting.
