Job Description

Job Content Description:

  • Plans, organizes, directs and controls the Company's area of ​​operations;
  • Continuously monitors operations through reports;
  • Keeps Management informed of the daily progress of operations;
  • Supervises the maintenance, acquisition and logistics departments in order to ensure the regular functioning of the operations under its coordination;
  • Maintains a close relationship, with the support of other subordinates, with all the personnel, ensuring that the performance of workers is being properly monitored and corrected, if and when necessary;
  • Assists the General Manager in evaluating staff for promotion or change purposes;
  • Keeps informed about legislation and regulations that affect the
  • operations;
  • Ensures the review of the monthly financial report and explanation of differences to the
  • operations under its coordination;
  • Ensures monthly operations and cost reports.

Required requirements:

  • Must have high school completion and Bachelor's degree in Commercial or Business Management;
  • Must have a good level of Portuguese and English, spoken and written;
  • Must have leadership and leadership skills;
  • Must have problem-solving skills;
  • Must have good relationship skills;
  • Must have a vision() and orientation for the development of the business;
  • Must have mastery of computers from the user's point of view;
  • Must be focused on customer satisfaction;
  • Must have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the position;
  • Must comply with Hygiene, Safety and Environment rules and regulations at work in force at the Company.
