DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Operations Manager in AUS - Eastern Creek, Kangaroo Avenue

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager with a Transport and Logistics and/or 3PL background to lead a well established and high performing team.

This role is essential for maintaining the consistent delivery of high‑quality output while ensuring safety, efficiency, and a productive work environment. It also plays a key part in customer‑facing activities and in ensuring customer requirements are met promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the team, fostering a culture of respect, accountability, performance, and development within the business

• 
  Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, provide timely support, and ensure a positive and solution‑focused experience
• Optimise the allocation of resources, including drivers, vehicles, and equipment, to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations
• Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and service delivery standards
• 
  Lead by example - Promote a strong safety culture and ensures adherence to OHS policies
• Review and maintain security of site in relation to customer
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping across warehouse

About you:

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager role within 3PL and Transport and Logistics industry
• Can demonstraight the ability to build strong, positive relationships with teams, stakeholders and customers
• 
  You have proven experience managing day‑to‑day operations with a focus on efficiency, quality and safety
• 
  You hold a strong customer‑service mindset, ensuring service delivery meets expectations
• 
  You are committed to continuous improvement and driving operational innovation
