We have an outstanding opportunity for a high-achieving Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at the renowned Redvale Landfill and Energy Park. Located in Dairy Flat, Redvale Landfill is not just any landfill – it's a Class One facility that handles 50% of Auckland's non-recyclable waste. Our facility is celebrated for its innovative design, operational excellence, and unwavering commitment to environmental performance.
As the Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing Redvale’ s disposal operations, landfill cover operations, and the broader site maintenance teams. Our workplace culture prioritises safety and fosters high levels of staff engagement. At Redvale, you won't be just another team member; you'll be a valued part of our Senior Management Team. Together, we plan, execute, and fulfil their role in keeping our people and our site safe, efficient, and effective. Your teams will be supported by on-site compliance, financial, environmental, and heavy diesel workshop resources, making your job all the more manageable.
We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic leader with a proven track record of operational excellence. Your primary mission will be to provide and maintain a safe and efficient workplace for our dedicated team and valued customers. Ideally, you'll possess experience in civil construction, covering areas like earthworks, environmental management, planning, and leadership of multiple teams.
