WiselyWise is looking for an Operations Head, Skilling Programs, who will be responsible for the overall execution of skilling programs in India. This includes overseeing the development and delivery of programs, as well as the management of resources and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the skilling industry, as well as experience in program management and operations.
Oversee the development and delivery of skilling programs in India
Manage the resources and operations of the skilling program team
Work with stakeholders, including clients, to ensure that programs meet their objectives
Monitor the performance of programs and make necessary adjustments
Identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the skilling program
Maintain a high level of customer service
Client stakeholder management:
Regularly meet with clients to discuss their needs and goals for the skilling program
Work with clients to develop and implement a skilling program that meets their specific needs
Monitor the performance of the skilling program and make adjustments as needed to ensure that it is meeting the clients' goals
Communicate regularly with clients to keep them updated on the progress of the skilling program
Address any concerns or issues that clients may have
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of experience in program management or operations
Strong understanding of the skilling industry
Experience in managing resources and operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing client stakeholders
