PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of the safety, quality, cost, production, and employee engagement for the Ridgeview facility in Duncan, SC. This position is accountable for a multi-shift operation and plays an integral role in the establishment of a strong and sustainable safety culture. This role must demonstrate leadership across department boundaries to safely produce a quality product, at the lowest possible cost, while maintaining safety, environmental, and policy compliance. This role has responsibility for all areas of production at our manufacturing facility. The person in this position helps to implement organizational strategies, standards, and practices to achieve best-in-class performance in the following areas:

Span of Control One Production Supervisor direct report and approximately 30 primary employees of which 12 are indirect
