Our client is a fast-growing short-term rental management company that launched just over two years ago. Today, we manage 75+ Airbnb units, with a clear roadmap to reach 100 units by the end of this year and 200+ units by the end of next year. Our mission is to
deliver exceptional guest experiences while scaling with precision and operational excellence.
The Role
We’re looking for a high-performing Operations Manager with a proven track record in Airbnb/short-term rental operations and hospitality management. This person will set the standard for our operations as we scale, lead our VA team effectively, and ensure the systems and processes are not only maintained but continuously improved.
Current Team Structure
â 6 Remote VAs (Guest Communications, Maintenance Scheduler, Head VA)
â Revenue Manager
â Pricing Manager (Dynamic Pricing)
â Full-time Staffing & Furnishing Manager
â 3 Company Directors
Key Responsibilities
â Lead and manage our VA team (guest communications, scheduling, admin) to ensure top-tier performance.
â Handle guest escalations and ensure fast, professional resolutions.
â Maintain and improve operational systems and processes – suggest and implement better tools where needed.
â Work closely with leadership to uphold quality standards across all units.
â Oversee expense tracking, reporting, and accountability within the operations team.
â Ensure guest communication is optimized, balancing efficiency with 5-star guest experience.
â Collaborate with directors, revenue manager, and pricing manager to align operations with company growth targets.
â Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
