We are excited to invite applications for the permanent position of Operations Manager at our Hakea aggregation, located near the township of Munglinup in WA’s Esperance region.

About the role:

Career opportunity with the lot! Assist the Farm Manager with daily operations of a large broad acre cropping aggregation.

About you:

You are able to be flexible and maintain a positive attitude toward the team and task at hand when the pressure is on.

You will have:

Experience in broad acre grain cropping production including the operation and maintenance of all associated plant, equipment, machinery, grain storage and chemical handling.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail, a strong work ethic and ability to follow process.

Attention to detail in all aspects of farming operations, including record keeping
A modern and diligent approach to WHS with a passion for broad acre farming
