Weβre looking for an Operations Manager who shares our commitment to excellence and goes the extra mile to ensure teams and sites set the industry standard.
This is a multi-site role overseeing security and cleaning services for a wide portfolio of blue-chip clients in financial services, distribution, and manufacturing across the Yorkshire area and further afield.
Youβll be responsible for:
π₯ Leadership & Service Delivery β Ensuring high standards in manned security and cleaning, under SIA Approved Contractor Scheme standards.
π€ Client & Team Management β Building strong client relationships through site visits, meetings, and staff training.
π Scheduling & Compliance β Managing rostering (via Timegate), performance, motivation, and compliance.
π» Technology & Reporting β Using advanced systems for reporting, payroll, and scheduling.
Above all, youβll ensure the retention and development of your client base
π Management experience in security and/or cleaning ( essential)
π‘οΈ Front-line SIA Licence ( essential)
π¬ Strong leadership and communication skills
π» High IT literacy and confidence using advanced systems
π Full UK driving licence and own car
π’ Willingness to travel to York HQ at least once a month
