About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily field operations, including dispatch coordination, warehouse and fleet support, and on-shift crew accountability. This role works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure crews, equipment, and schedules run smoothly while supporting staff development and operational performance.This is a hands-on, leadership role ideal for someone who is confident, thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving real-time problems, and can balance execution, accountability, and team support.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily dispatch and crew scheduling to ensure efficient operationsMaintain warehouse organization, tools, and fleet readinessAddress and document on-shift employee accountability issues; escalate patterns or repeated issues to the Director of OperationsAssist with onboarding, field training reinforcement, and system access for staffSupport customer service issues and operational incidents as neededTrack and manage operational performance to meet team and workflow goals
