Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and
experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the
efficient running of our business in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a
minimum of 15 years of experience in operations management, with a strong
background in managing teams, improving processes, and driving organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee
daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.

Develop
and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance
efficiency and productivity.

Manage
budgets, forecasts, and financial goals to meet the organization’s objectives.

Lead,
motivate, and develop the operations team to maintain a high level of
performance.

Ensure
compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Analyze
operational performance and generate reports for senior management.

·
Identify
opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions where
necessary.

Maintain
strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Handle
operational challenges and resolve issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption
to services.

·
Coordinate
and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on strategic goals.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of
15 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar
industry.

Proven
ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Strong
financial acumen and experience in budget management.

Excellent
problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Outstanding

Fluency in
Arabic is required.

Bachelor’s
degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
