The Role

As Operations Manager, you'll lead our aged care assessment operations team, managing scheduling, client liaison, and administration while ensuring seamless service delivery. You'll balance people leadership with hands-on involvement in a fast-paced, client-centred environment.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Lead scheduling, client liaison and admin teams
  • Oversee assessor rostering and workforce coordination
  • Ensure exceptional client service and communication
  • Manage daily operational administration and data integrity
  • Drive continuous improvement across workflows
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Partner with assessors, trainers and stakeholders

About You

  • Operational leadership in fast-paced service delivery
  • Experience with scheduling, rostering or client operations
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and databases
  • Proactive problem solver with improvement mindset
  • Compassionate, calm and client-centred approach
  • Understanding of aged care assessment processes (desirable)
