About the Role
Your role will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. If you’re ready to take full ownership of your work, shape driver engagement strategies, and enhance safety standards across the marketplace—here’s your chance!You will lead the Driver Engagement & Safety domain, ensuring a motivated, compliant, and high-performing Driver supply.
You will design and manage Driver rewards programs, loyalty initiatives, and engagement campaigns, while driving safety, compliance, and quality initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Fleet & Vehicles teams, cross-functional HQ stakeholders, and the Country Manager to strengthen operations and deliver a trusted, safe, and rewarding experience for Drivers and Riders across Azerbaijan.

<gh-responsibilities>

<title> Your daily adventures will include</title>

<point>Design, launch, and optimize Driver rewards, incentive, and loyalty programs to improve engagement, retention, and activity levels. </point>
<point>Analyze Driver behavior, earnings data, and engagement metrics to propose targeted initiatives. </point>
<point>Ensure clear, timely, and impactful communication of programs to maximize adoption</point>
<point>Monitor success of engagement initiatives and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance</point>
<point> Own and improve Driver safety and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with Bolt standards and local regulations.</point>
<point>Monitor safety KPIs, implement corrective actions, and maintain a high-quality and compliant Driver supply</point>
<point>Collect and share insights from Fleet Partners and operational activities to inform strategic decisions. </point>
<point>Advocating and elevating Bolt’s brand, product, and service whilst navigating through regulatory matters and local policies within the transportation and tech industry. </point>
<point>Overseeing the design and execution of operational strategies/goals to strengthen our value proposition </point>

<title>About you:</title>

<point>You have 1+ years of experience in an operations management role. </point>
<point>You have 5+ experience working in Operations, Consulting, Analytics, or in a related field.</point>
<point>You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent English (both verbal and written).</point>
<point>You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day.</point>
<point>You are passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing.</point>
<point>You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills.</point>
<point>You have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Finance, or other analytical subject.</point>
<point>You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.</point>
<point>You are comfortable with developing analytical and decision frameworks to support your strategies and decisions.</point>
