Job Title - Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline day-to-day operational activities across real estate development projects. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cross-functional coordination, compliance, and smooth execution of processes that support project delivery and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Planning & Management
Manage and optimize daily operational processes across development and construction functions.
Develop operational plans, workflows, and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with project management, finance, procurement, HR, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
Act as a central point of coordination between site teams, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
Support leadership with operational insights and performance updates.
Process Improvement & Controls
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
Ensure strong internal controls, documentation, and reporting structures.
Support digitalization and system enhancements across operational functions.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, authority guidelines, and internal policies.
Monitor operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
Budget & Resource Management
Monitor operational budgets and resource utilization.
Support cost control initiatives and operational forecasting.
Ensure optimal allocation of manpower, vendors, and resources.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and dashboards for senior management.
Track performance against targets and recommend improvement actions.
Support strategic planning through data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
7–12 years of experience in operations management, preferably within real estate or construction industries.
Strong understanding of real estate development workflows and operational processes.
Experience managing multi-department operations and large-scale projects.
Proven ability to improve processes and manage operational performance.
