我們的客戶是個跨國中資銀行。

職位描述

驗證所有交易指示（包括公司銀行業務，包括（但不限於）匯款和資金清算，貸款和貿易融資，電子銀行和私人銀行業務，並在驗證後輸入核心處理系統，並提交給銀行部部長/副主任檢查和授權。
協助銀行部長/副部長進行業務運行和日常工作。
在處理和監控交易期間，使用外部和內部系統完成制裁名單檢查。向銀行主管報告可疑交易，驗證KYC文檔和客戶的資訊，以便為客戶開立和記錄所有檔。
與資訊技術部門合作，維護和升級所有相關係統，並協助系統的安全監控。
向銀行負責人填寫相關報告進行審查，並提交給高級管理層和工銀總行（如有必要）。
銀行部門交易檔（包括電子檔）。
每天完成後台登記和貿易服務登記，檢查分行在核心處理系統中的聲明，以確保登記冊資訊正確。
協助分公司相關產品的開發。
每日與分行的代理銀行以及每月完成銀行賬戶與客戶的對賬。

職位要求

商業，銀行，金融，經濟學或相關學科的學士學位。
至少1－2年的行政助理經驗優先考慮。
高效溝通、執行力和解決問題能力為最佳。
溝通和人際交往能力。
良好的英語和普通話讀寫能力。
