我們的客戶是個跨國中資銀行。

職位描述
  • 驗證所有交易指示(包括公司銀行業務,包括(但不限於)匯款和資金清算,貸款和貿易融資,電子銀行和私人銀行業務,並在驗證後輸入核心處理系統,並提交給銀行部部長/副主任檢查和授權。
  • 協助銀行部長/副部長進行業務運行和日常工作。
  • 在處理和監控交易期間,使用外部和內部系統完成制裁名單檢查。向銀行主管報告可疑交易,驗證KYC文檔和客戶的資訊,以便為客戶開立和記錄所有檔。
  • 與資訊技術部門合作,維護和升級所有相關係統,並協助系統的安全監控。
  • 向銀行負責人填寫相關報告進行審查,並提交給高級管理層和工銀總行(如有必要)。
  • 銀行部門交易檔(包括電子檔)。
  • 每天完成後台登記和貿易服務登記,檢查分行在核心處理系統中的聲明,以確保登記冊資訊正確。
  • 協助分公司相關產品的開發。
  • 每日與分行的代理銀行以及每月完成銀行賬戶與客戶的對賬。

職位要求
  • 商業,銀行,金融,經濟學或相關學科的學士學位。
  • 至少1-2年的行政助理經驗優先考慮。
  • 高效溝通、執行力和解決問題能力為最佳。
  • 溝通和人際交往能力。
  • 良好的英語和普通話讀寫能力。
