What you will do

1. Align with selfcare strategy, be responsible for manufacturing reliability, asset resilience, capability building, and continuously improve to meet business goals, include asset reliability management, technical renovation, ensure quality & safety and maintenance CAPEX project implementation.
2. Responsible for full life cycle asset management, include define the machine criticality, design the preventive maintenance plan, manage the asset performance, build the parts inventory plan, control the maintenance budget and the continue improvement on machine and other key KPI for plant;
3. Responsible for coordinate network or NPD project to support business growth, and support engineering on key capacity expansion and new asset/facility installation

Leading the maintenance technician group on RCPS to support the manufacturing resilience;
