
Operations Management Trainee (OMT)

The Operations Management Trainee (OMT) role is a developmental leadership position designed to build future operational leaders. This position supports and influences day-to-day production and operational performance through the application of independent judgment, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
The OMT partners with plant leadership to drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and compliance while developing the foundational leadership skills necessary for future supervisory and management roles. This position offers broad exposure to plant operations, providing trainees the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business and gain hands-on experience across multiple departments.
Candidates should understand that this role is designed to teach the fundamentals of plant operations. Trainees will spend time learning various functions throughout the facility, including Receiving, Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other operational areas.
