  • Process transformations by evaluating and improving existing operational processes to align with industry best practices.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed information and ensure requirements are fully understood.
  • Identify inefficiencies and develop practical solutions to address them
  • Introduce process improvements to optimize operational management.
  • Develop process flow diagrams and documentation to visualize existing and future-state processes.
  • Create and assess business process models for new product launches and change projects.
  • Partner with operations managers to define and document new process needs.
  • Coordinate with technology teams to convert operational needs into system enhancements.
  • Support project teams to ensure on-time completion of assigned tasks.
  • Obtain approval from key operations leaders for proposed process improvements.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and senior management, to ensure alignment and collaboration on transformation projects.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and potential risks or issues.
  • Act as the bridge between business users and IT teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of business solutions

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a Change Management / Business Analyst role, within the financial services industry.
  • Experience in leading medium to large-scale transformation projects, including re-platforming and process optimization is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of cash securities and Over the Counter Derivatives products, life cycle event, post trade controls
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with process mapping, requirements documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools, data analytics, and reporting platforms is a plus.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
