Key Responsibilities:

  Manage the Operations Managers daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.

  Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
• 
  Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
• 
  Follow up on action plans and pending operational tasks with departments.
• 
  Handle incoming calls, emails, and internal communications professionally.
• 
  Maintain organized filing systems for operational and confidential documents.
• 
  Track departmental KPIs, reports, and deadlines.
• 
  Coordinate with different departments to support smooth operational workflow.
• 
  Prepare monthly and weekly operational reports when required.
• 
  Monitor and follow up on approvals, requests, and operational updates.
• 
  Ensure confidentiality of management and operational information.
• 
  Support the Operations Manager in daily administrative and operational activities.
• 
  Arrange travel bookings, schedules, and logistics if required.
• 
  Handle office administration and maintain proper documentation records.
• 
  Escalate urgent operational matters to the Operations Manager when needed.
