Create your best future and join Westpac as an Operations Management Advisor
What’s the role?
The Operations Management Advisor plays a critical role in enabling operational excellence across Group Operations by embedding Workforce Management disciplines, building leader capability and ensuring workforce governance standards are consistently applied.
The role serves as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, helping them optimise workforce performance through coaching, data-driven insights, operational discipline and Active Operations Management (AOM) practices. You'll analyse complex and diverse data sources to uncover actionable insights, identify performance opportunities and drive sustainable business and workforce outcomes. The position provides enterprise-wide governance and oversight of Workforce Management standards, ControliQ system controls, workforce planning methodologies and operational ways of working.
Beyond the work itself, this is an opportunity to join a highly regarded and collaborative team that is well respected across the business for its expertise and impact.
You'll be supported by an experienced leader who is known for developing talent, sharing knowledge and creating an environment where people can thrive. If you're looking for a role where you can learn from the best and be genuinely supported in your growth, this could be the opportunity for you.
What do I need?
Just as important as your experience is your approach. We're looking for someone who is confident in sharing their expertise, courageous in contributing new ideas and passionate about collaboration. You'll enjoy working as part of a team that values knowledge-sharing, continuous improvement and finding smarter ways of working together.
