E.ON Power Plants Belgium BV (EPPB), a subsidiary of E.ON Energy Projects GmbH, develops, builds, finances and operates decentralised energy generation plants for industrial customers in Belgium and the Netherlands. Your Responsibilities

  • Operation supervision & maintenance of on-site power/heat generation plants
  • Guidance, advice and assistance to our clients with the exploitation of our plants
  • Work clearance management and supervision of maintenance activities with knowledge of instrumentation & control
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and behaving mindfully and prioritising safety
  • Analysis of plant-related issues (defects, incidents, etc.) with implementation of the proper solution
  • Identification of optimization measures and negotiation of customer and supplier agreements
  • Troubleshooting and implementation of measures during unplanned downtimes, acting independently within the defined operational framework
  • Participation in an on-call service and preparation of incident reports

Your Qualifications

  • Higher technical degree or similar qualification with experience in the operation and maintenance of technical installations preferably in power generation and utilities
  • Project management skills with good knowledge of process technology and automation
  • Collaborating with empathy and inclusivity in a multidisciplinary team with interest in process and technical topics
  • Fluent in Dutch (C2) and business fluent in English (C1), other language skills are a plus
  • Stress resistant and consistently responsive with good communication and social skills
  • Dynamic, independent and flexible person with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Flexible mobility across Belgium and the Netherlands, typically spending three days on-site and two days in the office
