As an Operations Liaison, you'll serve as a key connection between patients, families, providers, and care teams. You'll support efficient center operations by coordinating referrals, facilitating communication across providers, and helping patients navigate their care journey. Through your dedication to customer service and attention to detail, you'll help improve access to care and enhance the overall patient experience.

Operations Liaison – Trude Weishaupt Dialysis Center | Full-Time, Days

In this vital role, you will:

  • Maintain efficient operations through the effective coordination of provider follow-ups and patient medical needs.
  • Improve patient access to dialysis services.
  • Reduce delays in referral conversion and appointment scheduling.
  • Strengthen communication between patients, caregivers, providers, and administrative teams.
  • Improve operational oversight of referral workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong organizational, clerical, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with PC-based systems and electronic medical records.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a hospital, medical practice, ambulatory care, or healthcare setting. Experience coordinating referrals, appointments, or patient access services.
  • Familiarity with EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems. Knowledge of insurance, referral management processes, and healthcare operations.
  • Some college coursework or degree.
