Operations Leader III in GAC Mexicali


Unique Skills:

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. 3 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Position Purpose

Supervises resources and develop programs based on production capacity and material availability.Monitoring results of process and making the necessary adjustments to meet customer's requirements.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  1. Responsible to set a daily production plan to achieve the goals of safety, quality and production, supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity and skill .
  2. Detect area needs .
  3. Lead improvement projects .
  4. Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

  1. Advanced English.
  2. Experience in project development at SBU Level.
  3. Experience in Decision making at Program Level.
  4. Experience in Develop Strategies aligning Cross Functional Teams.
  5. Project Management.
  6. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ERP.
  7. People skills, teamwork, communication skills.
  8. New process line development.
