The Delivery Manager, Infrastructure Engineering Solutions will lead the delivery of complex infrastructure engineering work across teams, timelines, and stakeholder groups. This role is expected to drive execution, manage delivery risk, and translate business and technical priorities into clear plans and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong delivery discipline, technical program oversight, and experience leading infrastructure-focused initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Work you'll doAs a Delivery Manager, Infrastructure Engineering Solutions on the Infrastructure Engineering Solutions team, you will be responsible for…Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure engineering initiatives, including planning, execution, issue management, and status reportingProvide technical leadership and production engineering support for enterprise integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL), ensuring stable operations, timely incident resolution, and continuous improvement of integration platforms and interfaces across systemsCoordinate cross-functional teams to deliver work across infrastructure, platform, security, and operations dependenciesManage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and escalations to support quality delivery outcomesPartner with stakeholders to define priorities, align resources, and track progress against delivery objectivesMonitor delivery metrics and operational performance to identify gaps, drive resolution, and support continuous improvementA successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to mentor and provide clear guidance to othersThe teamThe Infrastructure Engineering Solutions team helps deliver technology capabilities that support scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure environments. The team works across stakeholders to manage delivery priorities, coordinate execution, and improve operational outcomes. This role supports a collaborative environment focused on disciplined delivery, service quality, and continuous improvement.QualificationsRequired:8+ years of experience delivering infrastructure engineering, platform, or technology programsExperience managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution for technology delivery initiativesExperience leading cross-functional teams across infrastructure, engineering, operations, or support functionsExperience using project delivery, reporting, or workflow management tools in a business or technology environmentAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure modernization, migration, or transformation initiativesExperience working in Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery environmentsExperience owning SLA reporting, operational performance tracking, and service-level reviews.Experience monitoring application health and proactively identify performance, availability, and reliability risks.Experience presenting delivery updates, risks, and decisions to leadership stakeholdersExperience coordinating vendor, partner, or third-party delivery activities
