This is a hands‑on influential role for someone who enjoys turning complexity into clarity. You’ll work in close partnership with the Sales Leadership and clinical teams to embed strong standards, improve cadence, simplify processes, and lift operational capability.

Why this role matters

You’ll work closely with the business to lift capability, reduce friction, and drive performance.

What you’ll lead:

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure operational processes support sustainable productivity and consistent service delivery

Process Improvement

  • Own and evolve SOPs, policies, and operational frameworks
  • Champion continuous improvement and simplify ways of working
  • Support capability uplift through clear standards, training, and communication
  • Lead operational improvement projects and using change management frameworks to ensure smooth adoption and reinforcement

Governance & Prioritisation

  • Sequence and coordinate operational initiatives across the network
  • Ensure consistent execution across regions and support functions

Product & Supplier Operations

  • Act as the operational lead for hearing aid and consumable suppliers
  • Ensure stock, product, and supplier processes support efficient clinic workflows
  • Manage operational impacts of product or supplier changes

Leadership & Culture

  • Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the business
  • Proven experience delivering practical operational improvements
  • Process mapping and continuous improvement expertise
  • Multi‑site operational experience
  • Hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach with a track record of delivering results
  • Clear, practical communication style that builds trust
  • Commercial awareness and data‑driven decision‑making

Why join Triton Hearing?
You’ll be part of a purpose‑led organisation backed by Sonova. You will be working alongside passionate people, contributing to meaningful outcomes, and helping to shape the future of hearing care across Aotearoa.

Joining our team means becoming part of a vibrant and innovative community dedicated to changing hearing for good.
