Job Description

Team: Parties Solutions team is a dynamic team, in the Client Experience department, that is responsible for managing client and IT escalations wrt account setup and reporting setup done for Clients and other parties within our setup applications ( Mainframe, SAMS, E-admin etc). The team handles escalations wrt ESES/EB setups and answers data/setup questions raised by clients and internal counterparties. The team also manages setup in the participant testing environment and some more technical connectivity solutions.

It is also the team that is contacted to define and review requirements for any project impacting client setup or client connectivity.

We aim to make the client experience easy and enjoyable through efficient and value added support to both external and internal clients.

Role

  • Perform connectivity setup for the Euroclear parties ( clients and others ) through entity specific and group applications mainly for client testing
  • Subscription Management: perform subscription setup to reports and services through entity specific and group applications mainly for client testing
  • Resolve client and IT escalations wrt data/connectivity setup – fixes might need to be done in the testing environment or in production
  • Be the go-to person for voicing requirements in the frame of Projects. Reviewing requirements and assessing the impacts on our tooks and SOPs.
  • Project rollout : create/adapt SOPs and take ownership of the ‘internal’ rollout of these.
  • Daily client interaction ( external/internal)
  • Attend daily whiteboard sessions, raise issues, and propose – when possible - pragmatic, constructive ideas
  • Coach more junior people/coach the ‘parties configuration’ teams when there are project impacts to be implemented
