We are expanding our Operations in Västerås and building a completely new production setup to support rapid volume growth. To succeed, we need a highly reliable and well-integrated IT and OT environment that enables safe, efficient, and disturbance-free production.
As a Factory IT/OT Engineer, you will work close to production, supporting both daily operations and long-term development – from computers, scanners, and networks to robots, conveyors, and AGVs.

The position is based in Västerås, Sweden.
• Support Operations in IT-related topics, from ad hoc troubleshooting to strategic development.
• Secure interfaces between IT and OT systems.
• Manage daily IT activities such as software upgrades and equipment purchases.
• Minimize production disturbances through a stable IT environment.
• Support minor fixes to production equipment and coordinate with suppliers.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar IT/OT or factory IT role.
• Solid understanding of IT systems and their interaction.
• Interest in working close to production equipment and operations.
• Fluent in English; Swedish communication skills preferred.
