• Update Packaging Guidelines
  • Review, revise, and document packaging standards specific to the Cabuyao site.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the updated guidelines align with company policies and customer requirements.
  • Provide clear and concise documentation for easy reference and implementation by the operations team.
• Conduct Time-in-Motion Studies
  • Observe and analyze workflows to measure productivity and efficiency.
  • Collect and interpret data to establish productivity benchmarks for various tasks.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize processes based on study findings.
• Support 5S Implementation
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of the 5S program (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with 5S standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote awareness and engagement among team members to sustain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of 5S principles and time-in-motion studies is a plus but not required.
