Bombardier’s Business Aircraft London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is part of an award-winning network and is the flagship of Bombardier’s European operation. This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest-growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK. The facility has the capabilities to perform an array of maintenance checks, modifications and upgrades all from this site. • Track project hours, research and provide Maintenance data for the projects work scope
• Conduct daily audits of the work package and check all SVOs
• Act as the parts runner for the team, liaising with the materials department, collecting spares, organising the bay parts cage and RTSing parts
• Assist certifying engineers with raising defects in an administrative sense. Entering details into SAP, when required
• Print raised defects - QA0002A and QA009A into sleeves and provide them to the lead technician
• Ensure all removed items have QA017 parts identification tags and the certifier has inspected them
• Fill out MRA for items going to stores
• Print off Gemba information in preparation for the Gemba meetings
• Ensure the Gemba board has the required forms on it
• Ensure the bay plan is part of the Gemba Board
• Be responsible for ensuring a tidy work environment around desks and work pack area
• You will be self-reliant, highly motivated, and able to communicate effectively as well as self-disciplined with good administration skills
• You possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks with a high degree of attention to detail.
• You have a strong work ethic, reliable, self-motivated with a positive attitude, and will be very customer service oriented
