<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

<point>Own key operational workflows across all of Bolt's business operations in the Netherlands.</point>
<point>Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., supply health, engagement, activation) to find bottlenecks and propose improvements.</point>
<point>Contribute to local growth initiatives that boost driver supply, reliability, and satisfaction.</point>
<point>Collaborate with Central Operations, Product, Commerce, and Customer Support to improve tools, processes, and communication.</point>
<point>Test and optimize new processes, helping us find smarter, faster ways to operate.</point>
<point>Investigate and solve driver issues across email, chat, and in-person interactions, ensuring empathy and speed in every response.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

<point>You’re a student in Business, Economics, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.</point>
<point>You have strong analytical skills and enjoy finding trends and insights in data.</point>
<point>You’re curious and proactive, not afraid to challenge how things are done.</point>
<point>You communicate clearly in English and enjoy working with people.</point>
<point>You’re available 4–5 days per week for at least 5–6 months in Amsterdam.</point>
