Role Overview:
Swan Global is seeking an
Operations Intern
to assist in optimizing business processes, improving efficiency, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in process documentation and workflow optimization.
·
Support daily operational tasks, including data management and reporting.
·
Coordinate between different departments for smooth business operations.
·
Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes.
·
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
·
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields.
·
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
·
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools is a plus.
