Responsibilities:

• Data entry as part of our application process

• Office support services for New Business Organization and Agent Support as needed

• Receive and relay phone messages and faxes as they are received in the operations department

• Assist with correspondence and package distribution within the team

• Help maintain the general scanning and filing system used in the department

• Strong communication skills,

• Skills in Microsoft products

• Strong team player
